When is Shoreline Caravan Park open?

Shoreline Caravan Park operates in two seasons: For 9-month usage, we're open from March 1st to November 30th. For an extended 11-month usage, we're open from March 1st to January 31st. For information on Park Fees, please refer to our Costs and Contracts section above.

Our amenities include a launderette, a clubhouse with regular activities such as bingo and live music, and a spacious outdoor playground complete with a football court. These facilities are free to use and available for all our guests.
Does the park have a clubhouse?

Yes, we have a seasonally open clubhouse, free for all our guests. Here, we host regular entertainment including discos, performances by cabaret artists, and bingo sessions!

What are the park fees?

Our park fees vary depending on the season and duration. For 9 Months of Caravan Use, the Park Fees for the 2024 Season are £3900 including VAT. For 11 Months of Caravan Use, the Park Fees for the 2024 Season are £4300.
Do I need to sign a contract to stay at the park?

To purchase a caravan at our park, we require all customers to sign a contract. This ensures you're in agreement with our park rules and timely park fee payments.
What are the rules I should be aware of during my stay?

We prioritise the comfort and enjoyment of all guests at Shoreline Caravan Park. That's why we've set a few basic rules to maintain a pleasant environment. You can find a comprehensive list of our park rules on our Park Rules page. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
Is there an age limit for the caravans?

At Shoreline Caravan Park, we have a 15-year age limit for Standard Caravans. However, we extend this to 20 years for premium Caravans with Residential Specification.
Am I responsible for maintaining the area around my caravan?

Rest assured, we handle all lawn maintenance and park upkeep. However, we encourage our guests to personalise their space with decorations such as flowers, which contribute to the park's overall charm.
Are pets allowed at Shoreline Caravan Park?

Yes, we welcome pets at our park! However, we have specific rules for pet owners to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. Please refer to our Park Rules, specifically the "Pets" section, for detailed information.
Does Shoreline Caravan Park rent out caravans?

Currently, we do not offer caravan rentals, as all caravans on the park are privately owned. Refer to the previous question for more details on sharing your caravan.
Can I rent out my caravan?

While we do not permit holiday home owners to rent out their caravans, your family and friends can certainly use your holiday home with your consent.
What's the process if I decide to sell my caravan?

If you're considering selling your Caravan, we offer two options. We can purchase your Caravan directly, or handle its sale for you. Please note, sales resulting in the caravan remaining on the park incur a transfer fee of 15% plus VAT of the total sale price. All sales must be coordinated through the Shoreline Caravan Park office.
